The 2009 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Statewide Training Conference is scheduled for September 22–23, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Harrisburg Hershey.

This year's conference will feature the following tracks:

Registration
Registration is free to all Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network staff and pro bono attorneys who agree to accept at least two mortgage foreclosure cases. Registration includes lunch and a hearty reception on September 22, breakfast and lunch on September 23, conference materials and access to all workshops. The cost for all other registrants is $160.00.

All Registrations must be received by PLAN, Inc. on or before September 11, 2009 to guarantee the conference hotel rate.

CLE Credits
This conference has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 8.0 substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and 3.0 ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.

A fee of $12.00 is required for anyone who is applying to receive CLE credit.

Hotel Accommodations
The cost for overnight accommodations is $105.00 per night for single, double, triple or quad. The cost of parking is $9.00.

Hotel reservations should be made on the online registration form to obtain the conference rate. The Hotel Room Reservation Deadline at the conference rate is Friday, September 11, 2009.

There will be a fee of $50 charged for all cancellations received after September 14th, regardless of whether it is a ”legal aid network registration” or a “non-legal aid” registration.
