Program Mission

To provide legal and technical assistance to clients in a manner which enables such clients to develop affordable housing, create economic opportunities, and revitalize communities.

Intake Process

Discuss with legal staff at appropriate office.

Client Eligibility

Groups and organizations which have lower income persons on their Board, which are unable to afford private representation, and which are creating or preserving affordable housing and/ or economic opportunities for lower income persons.
