To support low-income people in Pennsylvania by providing unrestricted, impact legal advocacy

Intake Process

Internal case review after discussion and development of facts by the legal staff

Client Eligibility

Groups and individuals who meet usual legal services financial eligibility criteria (125% of poverty) with legal problems or raising legal issues, which, if successfully resolved, would have a substantial positive impact on themselves and other low-income people
