Specialty Programs

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. supports the specialty programs listed to the left. These programs provide legal services in specialized areas of the law or to special groups of clients.

Each of the specialty programs listed develops and retains staff with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of the law in which the program works. Some programs offer direct representation to individual clients, while others offer representation and advice to groups and organizations.

The listed programs also support the work of the local and regional programs in the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network. They provide advice and counsel to legal advocates in those programs, as well as co-counseling in appropriate cases. This collaboration and support is done with the intent and goal of  improving the quality of representation provided throughout the network in these specialized areas of the law.
